Returns

Because our items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
